Ok got the dough started for the ravioli.

I've placed it in the fridge to chill. Ill come back to it in an hour.

Then I'll start on the ricotta and spinach mix for the filling.

I'll update with more pics once everything has been completed.

Although I think it will be completed by next update as there isnt much down time once the dough is chilled.
